The team
behind the work.

Carlos is a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran who served for nine years. As a sergeant with the 82nd Airborne Division, he led soldiers in training and operations and was responsible for safety, discipline, and accountability.

Carlos has spent fifteen years in New York public infrastructure, including as a managing supervisor. He has led complex operations and directed both in-house and contracted construction. At Vadiy, he directs the company and project management.

Kerwin spent seventeen years in MTA electrical work, including as a foreman. He went on to build and run the service department at a private New York electrical contractor, where he manages service for national retail and telecom accounts, including Verizon, Best Buy, and Home Depot locations across the region.

Kerwin writes the proposals, estimates, and takeoffs himself, and runs the walkthroughs and assessments. At Vadiy, he leads field execution and service operations and remains the principal on the ground.
