VADIY plans the job, directs the work on site, coordinates the teams, and stays personally involved from the first conversation through final closeout.

01 · What we do

Vadiy manages the job from scope to closeout.

Electrical project management

What we run

Vadiy prepares the plan and paperwork, coordinates the proper people, supervises the field, and keeps the job record through closeout. The written scope states what Vadiy will manage and document and who will perform each part.

Project management

Vadiy turns the walkthrough into a written scope, plan, schedule, and project record. Clients have one point of contact from start through closeout.

Field supervision

Kerwin leads the field, assigns the crews, and follows the work through completion. Carlos directs the project-management side.

Service and repair

Vadiy's in-house service operation receives the request, assigns the work, and records what was completed.

Scheduled maintenance

Recurring visits are planned, assigned, and documented so the next visit starts with the job history.

Carlos Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez

CEO · Veteran · Majority owner

Carlos is a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran who served for nine years. As a sergeant with the 82nd Airborne Division, he led soldiers in training and operations and was responsible for safety, discipline, and accountability.

Carlos has spent fifteen years in New York public infrastructure, including as a managing supervisor. He has led complex operations and directed both in-house and contracted construction. At Vadiy, he directs the company and project management.

Kerwin Vasquez

Kerwin Vasquez

Field and service operations

Kerwin spent seventeen years in MTA electrical work, including as a foreman, before managing multi-building projects for a private New York company.

At Vadiy, Kerwin leads field execution and service operations. He supervises crews and remains the principal on the ground.

Carlos and Kerwin have known each other since childhood. They built Vadiy after careers in public infrastructure, electrical field work, project management, and service operations. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the company and the job.

04 · Built for

Who Vadiy is built to support.

Primes, GCs, and construction firms

Bring Vadiy in for a defined electrical project management, service, or maintenance scope. We manage the scope, supervise the field, and maintain the project record.

Government agencies and institutions

The principals' prior public-sector careers taught them the schedule, reporting, and documentation discipline these jobs require. Vadiy brings that discipline to each scope.

Building owners and property managers

Vadiy gives the owner one direct point of contact for electrical projects, service work, and scheduled maintenance.

Maintenance and service managers

Service requests stay with Vadiy's team. Maintenance scopes are planned, supervised, and recorded so the next visit starts with the full job history.
